Bringing Your Group to Quail Creek

Groups are welcome at Quail Creek!  Our desire is that you will find us your destination of choice for Christian conferences and retreats. From programmed opportunities to accommodating your personalized needs, we offer our services and facilities and pledge to provide the highest quality of ministry to you and your group. To bring your church, school, or other organization group to a scheduled conference at Quail Creek, please contact our Events Coordinators, Terrie Riggs, or Angela Hampton, at 256-784-5033, for reservations.  A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required to confirm a registration of a group for a conference at Quail Creek. You may pay your deposit by using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. The remainder of your fees will be due on your arrival. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable one week before the event. 

We will provide information on request about scheduled conferences and other planned program events so you can easily check availibility, as well as give you information as to how you can use our facilities in planning your own event.

Planning Your Own Event:

If you wish to use Quail Creek as your host conference center for your next retreat, conference, or meeting--with you providing your own program--please call us for date availability.   For groups (20 person minimum) desiring to use the Quail Creek facilities and amenities for hosting their own events, please see the group rates listed below for food and lodging. Meeting rooms/golf packages are available upon request by calling our Events Coordinator to put together a package for your budget. (For groups smaller than 20, please check with our Events Coordinator for applicable rates.)  Again, a 25% deposit will be required to confirm a registration for your group.

Food Rates:

The basic Quail Creek Meal Plan is as follows:

    Full American Breakfast $7.50
    Lunch: $9.50
    Dinner: $12.00

• Special meals, buffets, and/or other meal plans are available and may be arranged through the Events Coordinator.

• Plus Tax 7% and Gratuity 15%; prices subject to change

Lodging Rates:

$84 per night double occupancy plus 5% Lodging Tax
—For each additional person please add $10 per night; four people per room maximum.

Additional Information:

• All facilities are accessible to physically-challenged persons.  Please let us know if you need a “handicap room” at the Inn.

• All rooms at The Inn feature high-speed, wireless internet; local calls are free.

• Pets are not allowed in The Inn at Quail Creek or on campus at the Resort.
